Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by JBC Landscape Services, including booking appointments, requesting estimates, and submitting your information via our lead forms.

By using our services or submitting your information, you agree to the following:

Our services are available to residential and commercial property owners within our designated service area. By submitting your information, you confirm you are the property owner or authorized to request services at the address provided.

Any special promotions (such as the $30 first-time mow offer) are available for new clients only and subject to availability. Offers may change or end at our discretion and must be booked by their stated expiration date (e.g., July 15, 2025).

After you submit your lead form, a team member will contact you to confirm your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when booking a service. The service area must be accessible and free of obstructions (toys, debris, etc.) at the scheduled time of service.

While we take all reasonable care in delivering our services, JBC Landscape Services is not liable for any damages to underground cables, irrigation systems, or personal property not clearly marked or disclosed at the time of service.

By submitting a lead form, you agree to receive communications from us via phone, text, or email regarding your service request or future promotions. You can opt out at any time.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
